Before implementing KAMI’s tailored HR solutions, Mr. Freeze grappled with attendance management challenges due to the lack of an automated system for monitoring employees’ clock-in and clock-out records. This deficiency in timekeeping made it a struggle to accurately track and manage employee attendance, which, in turn, led to inaccuracies in their payroll system and challenges with employee accountability.
Another significant challenge was the labor-intensive, manual processing of time logs across multiple national sites. Without the support of an automated payroll system, this cumbersome process hindered efficient workforce data management for Mr. Freeze – with multiple locations and numerous employees, it was a time-consuming task to collect, verify, and process time records.
The 5-day timeframe for this process was both inefficient and posed a barrier to real-time decision-making. It not only increased administrative overhead but also introduced the risk of errors in timekeeping and payroll calculations, emphasizing the need for an integrated HRMS solution.
To address Mr. Freeze’s challenges with attendance management, we introduced KAMI Attendance. This innovative and highly-configurable solution empowers employees to record their work hours via mobile and desktop devices, ensuring their shifts were accurately recorded in real-time. Our system is also designed to be user-friendly and easily customizable to meet specific needs of our client, encouraging quick and high adoption of the attendance system by Mr. Freeze employees.
Its 24/7 availability also ensured that time tracking could happen at any time, accommodating to employees’ varying work schedules and enabling remote workers to record their hours regardless of their location. This flexibility helped Mr. Freeze keep pace with the modern workforce’s diverse needs and work arrangements.
To help Mr. Freeze streamline payroll processing and enhance data security, we integrated their KAMI Attendance feature with our Core HR and Payroll solutions. This integration optimizes data flow across attendance management, payroll processing, and HR functions. As a result, Mr. Freeze could significantly expedite the payroll processing cycle, reducing the 5-day timeframe for time log processing to a much shorter period.
The secure payslip delivery via the KAMI app added another layer of convenience and security for both employees and our client’s HR department. Employees could access their payslips directly through the app, ensuring confidential information was delivered safely and on time. This not only increased employee satisfaction but also reduced the need for physical paperwork, contributing to the organization’s sustainability and efficiency goals.
