The Team page: finding and working with employees

The Team tab is the list of everyone you manage, and the way into any individual profile.

Where: My Team › Team You need: manage others, or the employee profile right

The counters at the top

Above the list sit the numbers worth watching:

  • Team members — your total
  • Uninvited — people with a record who have never been invited
  • Recently hired — last 30 days
  • Ending probation — next 30 days
  • Contract expiring — next 30 days
  • Pending separation — next 30 days

Uninvited is the one people miss. A large number here means employees exist in KAMI but have no way in — so they cannot see payslips, request leave or complete onboarding. See Invites & Activation.

The probation and contract counters both carry deadlines that pass whether or not anyone acts, which makes them worth a weekly glance.

Finding people

Filter by department, branch and status, with further filters behind the More control. Status distinguishes Active from Invited — useful for seeing who is set up versus who is merely recorded.

You can also choose which columns are shown. Worth doing once for how you actually work — if you spend your time on placement, put department and branch in view and drop the rest.

Bulk actions

Selecting rows turns the list into a bulk tool. From a selection you can:

  • Invite the selected people
  • Export them
  • Work with their documents

This is the quickest route for a group you have just filtered — for example, filter to Invited, select all, and chase.

Which tool for which job

Three things sit next to each other and do different work:

UseWhen
The listFinding someone, or acting on a filtered group
Profile ManagerEditing many profiles field by field, in a grid
Import / ExportLoading or extracting data via spreadsheet

Reach for the list first — for anything under a few dozen people it is usually faster than either alternative.

Adding someone

Add Employee creates one person. For an intake, import them instead — see Adding and onboarding employees.
