What you will see
Each learning path you are enrolled in, with its progress:

Every module inside carries the same three states, so you can see exactly where you left off.
Working through a path
A path contains courses, and courses contain modules. Work through them in order — the sequence is the curriculum, and later modules usually assume the earlier ones.
Module content comes in four forms: written material, an uploaded document, a video, or a link to something hosted elsewhere.
Your progress saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. A module is marked complete when you finish it, and the path completes when every module does.
Assessments
Some modules end with an assessment. Before you start one, read the guidelines — they tell you what you need to know, and they are shown for a reason:
- Whether there is a pass mark
- How many attempts you get
- Whether there is a time limit
⚠️ If there is a time limit, it runs from when you start. Do not open an assessment to "have a look" — open it when you are ready to sit it.
Questions are either multiple choice, marked automatically, or written answers, which someone reads. Your attempt is recorded as passed or failed.
Certificates
Completing a path may issue a certificate, if one has been set up for it. Certificates carry an ID and may have an expiry date — see Certificates.
Tips
- Do modules in order. They are sequenced deliberately and later ones assume earlier ones.
- Check the guidelines before starting any assessment, especially for the attempt limit — running out of attempts is not easily undone.
- Do assessments when you can concentrate. If there is a time limit, an interruption costs you the attempt.
- Tell your manager if content is broken — a link that does not open is not something the system notices.
- Finish what you start. Progress persists, but a path left half-done for months usually means starting again mentally.
Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: I cannot open a module's content. If it is an external link it may have broken. Tell whoever manages your training.
Q: I ran out of attempts on an assessment. The module has an attempt limit. Ask whoever manages the path.
Q: I passed but with a low score. Some assessments have no pass mark set, in which case any score passes.
Q: My progress disappeared. Modules may have been added to the path since you started, which changes the total.
Q: Where is my certificate? Only paths with a certificate configured issue one, and only on full completion.
Q: Can I retake a completed path? Ask whoever manages it — re-enrolment is an admin action.
